Welcome to October, everyone. :) I hope you all had a good September. Like I seem to have been all the time recently I'm still working on getting back to writing for me, but then it isn't unusual for my job to drain most of the creativity from me long before I have a chance to even think about what it is I want to be doing. However we have some interesting new possible plans that have me a little more bouncy than I have been for a while, so I'm going to keep my fingers crossed it's something that will work out, because I think it would to have something to aim for.

How have your writing plans been coming along? Is life treating you okay? Feel free to talk about anything in the comments.

Like always this is going to be open for seven days, so get your requests in for new cards if you want them. Post any stories you wish to post if you don't believe you're going to be able to bingo. Remember always that this is your challenge, and you can do what you wish with it. :)

I did manage to get a bingo. Here's some snippets from the novel I'm working on These Haunted Hills

B - Shopping - Shopping ate up far more time than it should have, time he could have been researching or writing but it had been half fun and half frustrating.

I - Gift Giving - Finding something in between that could be a reasonable gift – he could afford any of it, of course, but Brendan knew if he dropped three hundred dollars on a bandolier of pouches Josh was consider it over the top and be uncomfortable taking it – had taken forever.

N - Wild Card - Hearing Joshua’s camera, Brendan suddenly remembered he had not only a camera but also the EMF reader. Evans “Does this really work?” Brendan waggled the EMF reader.

G- Walking - Setting the half emptied bottle inside by the door, Brendan obeyed a wild hare, taking off down the path. He wasn’t one for a walk in the woods and there were opportunities around Columbus.

O - Depression - He hated social media memes that denigrated antidepressants as unnecessary and all you needed was nature. No one would say that about blood pressure or diabetes medications.
