Hi, hi, and welcome! I'm not a mod here any more, but I can point you in the right place!
To request a card, head on over here, where a comment will ping the current mods:

You should probably ask them your question as well, but unless things have changed since I was a mod, the rule is that you need to create things specifically for the challenge, so previously-written fics would not count.
