I think that whenever we set the signup date, we're going to get a glut of signups, really. Unless we give some people a jump on signing up so they can sign up sooner, and it spreads out the signup curve, but that isn't really fair.

Dealing with all the signups on the 1st vs. the 25th won't change much but...when it happens. Or am I missing something? ^_^;;
